Do you have a retail store?

We do not have a physical retail store, we are an online store exclusively. Our head office is based in Bloubergstrand (Cape Town). Collections are arranged at no extra cost to you by contacting us via email at info@oneboutiquestore.com when ordering. Alternatively we couerier nation wide via aramex.

Do you offer custom making services?

We encourage bride's & bridal parties to be creative by envisioning the morning of the Big day. Communcate their vision & we work closely with them to bring to life their envisionment. We pride ourselves in paying attention to detail, when assisting with a clients custom order. Contact us via email at info@oneboutiquestore.com and let us assist you.

What are my payment options?

We accept the following payment:

  • EFT
  • Credit card facities at pop up shops or bridal expo's (when trading)

Which delivery options are avaiable?

We courier nationa wide within South Africa via the Amamex courier services. With this we forward you a tracking number via email or whatsapp communication to ensure peace of mind allowing you to track your order no hassle no fuss. DELIVERY OPTIONS:

  • Hand delivery: We charge R8 per kilometer from Bloubergstrand to your location in Cape Town.
    • (We offer hand delivery service to you and your bridal party or hand deliver to that special someone within the Cape Town area)
  • After your full payment has been received, we send your items to you within 7-14 business days from date of order confirmation via Aramex.
    • Courier services: (We courier nation wide via aramex) contact us via 071 578 6302 or info@oneboutiquestore.com & provide us with the delivery details.
  • During peak wedding season – (September to March annually) – it might take longer for your items to arrive.
  • Left it to the last minute? We offer an express & priority option which will ensure your order is sent in 4-6 days at an additional priority fee.
  • Deliver to a Friend: Order your item, send us the delivery address and opt to send a dear one a gift (shiping via aramex)
  • Collection: We have a central collection point based in Century City Cape Town.

Is there a collection option avaiable?

Collections can be arranged at no extra cost to you by contacting us via email at info@oneboutiquestore.com. Collection takes place within the Century City area Cape Town ensuring convientant/central access is provided for you when collecting your order during the below days and times:

  • Monday - Friday 09h00 - 17h00
    • (These times are subject to change)

Exchanges and refunds?

  • ​Goods may be returned only when defective, damaged or if the product supplied is not the same product as what was ordered.
  • If the goods are defective in any way this must be reported to us as soon as reasonably possible after the product has been delivered to you and must be returned to us within a period of 5 days after delivery.
  • If the goods are not the same as what was ordered this must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Any damage must also be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Products can only be returned to us without the items being worn and must be returned with original packaging.
  • If the goods have been approved for return, we shall notify you and either arrange a suitable courier service to collect the item or request that you post it back to us or ask you to return the item to our current collection location in Century City, Cape Town, or dependent on your original order’s shipping method.
  • Should you need to post the Goods to us please only send it to our postal address. If you are returning goods via courier or post office please package it carefully so that it does not become damaged enroute. Please include the returns request number and a copy of your original invoice with any return.
  • Custom requested items cannot be returned & is not refundable

Cancellation Policy?

  1. We reserve the right, for purpose of suspected fraud, to refuse to accept or process payment on any order, and/or to cancel any sale concluded between you and ONE Boutique Store, in whole or in part.
  2. If the product is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made, and accept no liability which may arise as a result of such refusal to process any order/sale.
  3. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay to confirm your order.
